01 / Intake first

Private training, built around your week

A private coaching practice in Kyiv, working with a capped roster. Your exercise preferences, available equipment, goals and scheduling windows are written into an intake document before a single exercise is prescribed.

  • Preferences logged, not guessed
  • Your gym, your rack, or the studio
  • Two or three fixed weekly windows

Best fit for people who want the plan in writing and a coach who stays the same from the first session onward. See how intake works.

01 Positioning

Nothing is prescribed until the intake is written down.

The coach who runs your intake writes your blocks and coaches your sessions. That single thread starts with a written record of four things: the exercise preferences you hold, the equipment you actually have access to, the goal you are training for, and the hours your week will allow.

  1. 01

    Exercise preferences

Movements you want more of, and movements you will not do. Logged as named tags, not as a general mood.

  2. 02

    Equipment available

What you train on: a full studio rack, a hotel corner, two dumbbells at home. The block is written to that list.

  3. 03

    Personal goal

One primary goal per block, stated in plain terms, with the review date fixed at the start rather than guessed at the end.

  4. 04

    Scheduling requirements

Two or three fixed weekly windows, agreed in advance, movable inside the week when work or travel shifts.

02 / Outcome ledger

What the ledger records

Each row is one training week from a live block, entered by the coach who ran the intake. The goal, the equipment used, the preference stated at intake, the reported RPE and how the week was executed all live in the same document the client receives.

Week Goal Equipment Preference RPE Result
01 Return to squatting after 14 months away Rack, safety pins, 20 kg bar No barbell work on Mondays 6 Completed the block as written; depth set to a box
03 Build pulling volume without grip fatigue Hex bar, straps, bands Straps allowed from week one 7 Volume met; technique stable at 92 kg
06 Keep training through a shift change Dumbbells, adjustable bench, rower Sessions before 07:00 7 All three weekly windows held; one moved to Thursday
09 Return to floor work without knee flare Sled, mat, light kettlebell No jumping, no deep lunge 5 Block closed on schedule; loads progressed as logged
12 Test the squat pattern under a written peak Rack, bar, calibrated plates No competition lifts 9 Peak completed as written; one session rescheduled inside the week

Individual results vary. The ledger records execution and technique on the day, not an expected outcome for anyone else.

How the intake and block are written

03 / Personalization

Goals, equipment and schedule resolved before the first set

Preferences, equipment and goals are documented in writing before a single exercise is prescribed. This is the same matrix used at intake, and it decides what the coach writes into your block.

GoalEquipment in playSchedule preferenceWritten into your block
Strength base Barbell, rack and plates at the private studio Two fixed evenings, 60 minutes each Squat and press waves with load steps set in advance, logged after every session.
Return after a long break Cable stack and bodyweight only Two early mornings, movable inside the same week Repeatable low-load sets, breathing and bracing cues, technique filmed once per block.
General conditioning Kettlebells, rower and treadmill Three sessions, 45 to 60 minutes Alternating strength and aerobic days, with the four-week review booked at intake.

Weekly windows held for private clients

  • 06:00 to 09:00Early mornings, Tuesday and Thursday
  • 12:00 to 14:00Midday, Monday and Wednesday
  • 18:00 to 21:00Evenings, Monday to Thursday

The roster is capped so each client holds two or three fixed weekly windows, and sessions can move inside the same week with 24 hours notice.
